Jemco Consultancy is led by Stephen Brown, an experienced people and organisational development consultant with over 20 years experience shaping leadership, culture and performance strategies within complex, fast moving organisations.
Stephen has proven success partnering with executives and senior teams to embed transformation, build leadership capability and foster inclusive, high-performing cultures that drive measurable impact.
He combines strategic insight with a calm, collaborative style and deep coaching expertise to align people priorities with business outcomes. His experience is drawn from operating across large corporates, private equity-backed environments and public bodies, embedded within leadership teams to provide hands-on accountability for people, culture and performance outcomes.
As well as Stephen, Jemco is supported by a small support team and associates.
